Please review the information on our pricing page to establish whether our prices are suitable to your expectations.

Drop us an email or give us a call to ask any questions you may have or to book a survey and design consultation with Alastair, the director and designer.  We reserve Mondays for survey visits whenever possible, and usually have a waiting list of a few weeks.  Alastair will bring samples and a full portfolio of past projects on a laptop, and can prepare a unique design for you in 3D while there, before emailing drawings and a fixed quote with no obligation.

If after meeting us and receiving your proposal you would like to proceed, then we will invoice by email for 25%, payable by bank transfer to secure your booking.  You will also receive our Terms and Conditions document by email, which you will be required to confirm your acceptance of, and which has been designed to clarify expectations and ensure a fair and smooth process of work.  At this stage we will also give you an estimated installation date.  A further 25% is payable when we begin manufacture in the workshop, with the final 50% payable after completion to your satisfaction.
